摘  要:本文通过大田控制试验,以库布其沙漠栽植的4 a生小胡杨2号为研究对象,用不同梯度NaCl处理(0、100 mmol·L^(-1)、200 mmol·L^(-1)、300 mmol·L^(-1)),探究其光合及其酶活性对盐胁迫的响应,结果显示:(1)轻度盐胁迫可以提高小胡杨2号的净光合速率,而中、重度盐胁迫下则会抑制净光合速率。(2)随盐胁迫程度的加重,小胡杨2号的光饱和点和最大净光合速率逐渐下降,光补偿点和暗呼吸速率在一定盐溶液浓度范围内逐渐下降,其降低了对强光的利用能力,但另一方面也提高了对弱光的利用能力,同时减少呼吸消耗保存光合产物以抵御逆境。(3)随盐浓度的升高,小胡杨2号叶片的可溶性蛋白含量逐渐上升,过氧化氢酶及过氧化物酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,其通过积累渗透调节物质及提高保护酶活性等减少有害物质对细胞的损伤,维持细胞的正常代谢,但重度盐胁迫下其生理保护作用会受到抑制。综合分析表明:200 mmol·L^(-1)以上的盐胁迫对小胡杨2号产生抑制作用,但大田条件下,仍在小胡杨2号的耐受范围。In this study,based on the field control experiment,4-year-old Populus simonii×P.euphratica‘Xiaohuyang 2’planted in Kubuqi Desert were taken as the research object and treated with different gradients of NaCl(0,100 mmol·L^(-1),200 mmol·L^(-1),300 mmol·L^(-1)),and the response of photosynthesis and enzyme activity to salt stress were studied.The results showed that:(1)Mild salt stress could improve the net photosynthetic rate while moderate and severe salt stress could inhibit.(2)With the aggravation of salt stress,light saturation point and the maximum net photosynthetic rate decreased gradually,light compensation point and dark respiration rate decreased gradually in a certain range of salt solution concentration,which reduced the utilization ability of strong light,but on the other hand,it also improved the utilization ability of weak light,and reduced respiratory consumption to save photosynthetic products to resist adversity.(3)With the increase of salt concentration,the content of soluble protein in the leaves gradually increased,and the activities of catalase and peroxidase first increased and then decreased.It reduced the damage of harmful substances to cells and maintained the normal metabolism of cells by accumulating osmotic adjustment substances and improving the activity of protective enzymes,but its physiological protection was inhibited under severe salt stress.In summary,more than 200 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl began to inhibit the growth of Populus simonii×P.euphratica‘Xiaohuyang 2’,which was still within the tolerance range of plants.
