摘 要:本文研究了3种牧草种子在不同盐胁迫下的种子萌发特征,以期为内蒙古干旱、半干旱地区盐碱地牧草种植选种工作提供参考。利用不同浓度盐溶液(50 mmol·L^(-1)、100 mmol·L^(-1)、150 mmol·L^(-1)、200 mmol·L^(-1))模拟不同盐胁迫强度,通过统计3种牧草种子在不同盐环境下的每日新发芽数,计算3种牧草种子的种子发芽率、种子发芽势和种子活力指数,研究盐胁迫对3种牧草种子萌发的影响,结果表明:(1)盐胁迫抑制了苜蓿和披碱草的种子萌发,且抑制程度随盐胁迫强度的增加而增加。(2)盐胁迫延后了苜蓿的发芽高峰期,降低了苜蓿发芽高峰期的种子发芽数。(3)盐胁迫并没有推后披碱草的种子发芽高峰期,但是降低了披碱草种子发芽高峰期的种子发芽数。(4)50 mmol·L^(-1)和100 mmol·L^(-1)浓度的盐胁迫促进了羊草种子的萌发,提高了发芽率、发芽势和种子活力指数,但是当盐溶液浓度继续升高,羊草种子的种子萌发指标逐渐降低。In this paper,the seed germination characteristics of three kinds of forage grass under different salt stress were studied,so as to provide reference for the seed selection of forage grass planted in saline-alkali soil in the arid and semi-arid areas of Inner Mongolia.Different concentrations of salt solutions(50 mmol·L^(-1),100 mmol·L^(-1),150 mmol·L^(-1)and 200 mmol·L^(-1))were used to simulate the different salt stress intensity.By counting the daily numbers of new germination of three kinds of forage grass seeds in different salt environments,the seed germination rate,seed germination potential and seed vitality index were calculated,and the effect of salt stress on the germination of three kinds of forage grass seeds was obtained.The results showed:(1)Salt stress inhibited the seed germination of Medicago sativa and Elymus dahuricus,and the degree of inhibition increased with the increase of salt stress intensity.(2)Salt stress delayed the germination peak period of Medicago sativa and reduced the number of shoots at the germination peak period of Medicago sativa.(3)Salt stress did not delay the germination peak period of Elymus dahuricus,but decreased the number of shoots at the germination peak period of Elymus dahuricus.(4)Salt stress with concentrations of 50 mmol·L^(-1)and 100 mmol·L^(-1)promoted the seed germination of Leymus chinensis,and increased the germination rate,germination potential and seed vigor index.However,when the concentration of salt solution continued to increase,the seed germination index of Leymus chinensis also gradually decreased.
