摘  要:随着信息技术的发展,新媒体迅速崛起,大学生面临的社会环境和信息传播生态正在发生着深刻变化,给高校学生党建工作带来严峻考验。客观审视新媒体环境下高校党建工作面临的新变革,积极探索开展高校党建工作的逻辑理路,面对新媒体对高校学生党员信仰养成、高校党建工作形式和评价方式带来的新挑战,通过提高新媒体党建意识、强化学生党员主体意识、加强党建队伍建设、构建高校学生党建激励机制,从而为高校党建工作的创新开辟实践路径,充实完善学生党建工作的育人理念与工作机制。With the development of information technology and the rapid rise of new media, the social environment and information dissemination ecology faced by college students are undergoing profound changes,which brings severe challenges to the party building work of college students. It is necessary to objectively examine the new changes faced by the party building work in colleges and universities under the new media environment,and actively explore the logical way to carry out the party building work in colleges and universities. In the face of the new challenges brought by the new media to the cultivation of college students’ belief, and the forms and evaluation methods of party building work, a practical path for the innovation of party building work in colleges and universities is established to enrich and improve the education concept and working mechanism of student party building work by the following methods: improving the awareness of party building in new media, strengthening the awareness of the main body of student party members, strengthening the construction of party building teams and building an incentive mechanism for party building in colleges and universities.
