摘 要:为了实现新时代的专业硕士培养产教创融合育人,结合土木水利类专业学位的培养特点,从课程体系、实践平台及学位论文培育三个重要培养环节入手,引入企业导师授课、双导师岗位指导及平台客观评价等机制,在实现校企协同、“课堂+实践+创新”、平台客观评价等具体实施途径,形成知识体系发展为链条、创新实践为领域的链域式培养模式,进而提出了基于产教创融合育人思想的新型工程类专业硕士培养方案的制定办法。为加强专业硕士培养提供一定的有益经验。In order to realize the integration of industry, education, innovation in the education of professional masters in the new era, combined with the training characteristics of professional masters in civil and hydraulic engineering, this paper starts from three important training links such as curriculum system, practice platform and dissertation cultivation, and introduces the mechanism of enterprise tutor teaching, double tutor post guidance and platform objective evaluation. In the implementation of school-enterprise collaboration, “classroom+practice+innovation”, platform objective evaluation and other specific implementation approaches, a training model with knowledge system as the chain and innovation practice as the field is established. And then a new training program for professional engineering masters is put forward based on the integration of industry, education and innovation,which provides some benificial experience for strengthening the training of professional masters.
