摘　　要：课程思政是一种创新融合的教育理念,其目的是打破长期以来思想政治教育与专业课教学互相“隔绝”的困局。以“飞机动力装置”课程为例,为解决专业课教学中思政元素缺失、育人功能弱化等问题,促进思想政治教育与知识传授深度融合,结合课程自身特点和案例素材,多角度挖掘思政元素,采用启发式、探究式教学方法引导学生分析解决问题,实现专业知识传授、思想水平提升和个人能力发展的有机统一,助力提升民航人才培养质量。Ideological and political education is an innovative and integral educational concept put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Conference on Ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Its purpose is to break away from the dilemma of Ideological and political education and professional teaching. In order to solve the problems of missing ideological and political elements and weakening of educational function in traditional professional teaching, and to promote the deep integration of Ideological and political education and knowledge transfer, the paper takes the course of Aircraft Power Plant as the representative, combines the characteristics of the course and case materials, explores the ideological and political elements from multiple angles, and uses heuristic and inquiry teaching methods to guide students to analyze and solve the problems, so as to realize the organic unity of professional knowledge transfer, ideological improvement and personal ability development, and to help improve the quality of high-level civil aviation talents training.
