摘　　要：为贯彻新时代军事教育方针,针对武警院校教员评学体系在研究和实践中出现的问题,以全军和武警部队颁布的教育条例(实施细则)为基本遵循并结合院校实际,提出通过进一步完善教员评学细则(办法),构建学情基础数据库、动态调整评价指标、线上评分与线下分析的反馈整改相结合的优化评学体系,并将该方案应用于某院校评学,以试点实例验证其可行性,以期实现为战育人的目标。In order to implement the military education policy in the new era, in view of the problems in the research and practice of the teaching evaluation system of the armed police colleges and universities, based on the education regulations(implementation rules) issued by the whole army and the armed police forces and in combination with the actual situation of the colleges and universities, this paper proposes to further improve the teaching evaluation rules(methods), and build an optimized evaluation system that combines the basic database of learning conditions, dynamically adjusting the evaluation indicators, online scoring and offline analysis feedback and rectification. The scheme is applied to the evaluation of students in a college, and its feasibility is verified by a pilot case, with a view to achieving the goal of cultivating students for war.
