摘 要:以泉州某大直径灌注桩工程为例,对自平衡法静载试验过程和数据以及桩身内力测试成果进行研究,对计算所得的实测摩阻力进行了探讨,并结合自平衡中桩身压缩量,分析桩基施工质量。研究结果表明:实测极限摩阻力与地勘推荐值相近,设计参数相对合理,实测转换系数与规范中的接近;该工况中上部桩身综合压缩系数宜取1/3;桩顶设置的位移传感器所采集的数据可与荷载箱向上位移相互印证,其差值反映了上部桩身混凝土的压缩量,该压缩量是对上部桩身质量作出定性分析的可靠依据。Taking a large diameter bored pile project in Quanzhou as an example, this paper studies the process and data of the self-balanced static load test and the results of the pile internal force test, discusses the calculated measured friction, and analyzes the construction quality of the pile foundation in combination with the pile compression in the self-balanced process.The research results show that the measured ultimate friction is close to the value recommended by geological survey, and the parameters proposed in the design are relatively reasonable, The measured conversion coefficient is close to the specification.The comprehensive compression coefficient of the upper pile shaft in this working condition should be taken as 1/3.The data collected by the displacement sensor set at the pile top can be mutually verified with the upward displacement of the load box.The difference reflects the compression amount of the upper pile shaft concrete, which is a reliable basis for qualitative analysis of the upper pile.
