摘 要:针对配网多电源复杂支路的单相接地故障难以准确定位的问题,提出了一种利用智能馈线终端(Feeder terminal unit,FTU)与行波到达时间差相结合的故障位定位方法。该方法通过智能FTU设备作为边界对线路进行划分区域,检测FTU零序电流和零序电压的相位关系来判断故障区间,再根据故障区间两端FTU采集到的行波波头时刻确定故障点。同时根据线路和行波传输特性,推导出一种不受波速和线路长度影响的双端行波测距杆塔定位方法,提高了行波故障测距结果的精度和可靠性,通过现场试验验证了该故障定位技术的可行性。It is difficult to accurately locate the single-phase grounding fault in the complex branch of multiple power supplies in the distribution network.In order to solve this problem,the paper proposes a fault location method combining the intelligent feeder terminal unit with the traveling wave arrival time difference.This method divides the line area by using the intelligent FTU device as the boundary,detects the phase relationship between the zero-sequence current and the zero-sequence voltage of the FTU to determine the fault interval,and then determines the fault point according to the traveling wave head collected by the FTU at both ends of the fault interval.At the same time,according to the characteristics of line and traveling wave transmission,the paper derives a double-ended traveling wave ranging tower positioning method that is not affected by wave speed and line length,which improves the accuracy and reliability of traveling wave fault ranging results.The field test verifies the feasibility of the fault location technology.
