摘　　要：作为“新基建”重头戏的特高压项目,肩负着推动经济社会发展和产业提质振兴的责任。目前我国在特高压输电领域已大规模投入商业运营,其财务管理模式的设定是否合理显得尤为重要,对优化降低企业运营成本,提高经营效益具有重大意义。国网湖北省电力有限公司运用业财融合理念,通过制度探究、理念创新、思路创新,构建“远程交互式”财务管理模式,打破空间及时间距离,以特高压为对象,实现特高压项目管理制度执行的工具化管理,项目建设过程的实时感知,特高压项目跨区灵敏对账,为电网特高压项目管理、项目全过程管控和跨区对账提供敏捷支撑。As a major part of the"new infrastructure construction",the ultra-high voltage(UHV)project shoulders the responsibility of promoting economic social development and industrial quality revitalization.At present,UHV transmission has been put into large-scale commercial operations in our country,and it is particularly important to set its financial management mode,which is of great significance to optimize reducing operating costs and improving operating efficiency of enterprises.State Grid Hubei Electric Company accords to the concept of the integration of industry and finance to establish a"remote interactive"financial management mode through system exploration,concept innovation and idea innovation,breaks the space and time distance,takes UHV as the object,realizes the instrumentalized management of the implementation of UHV project management system,real-time perception of the project construction process,and sensitive inter-regional account reconciliation of UHV projects,thus providing agile support for power grid UHV project management,wholeprocess project control and cross-region reconciliation.
