摘  要:本研究通过横断对比,考察了儿童英语二语学习者句法加工能力的发展以及抑制控制能力的作用。受试包括小学五年级、六年级、初中一年级和大学生对照组,要求他们完成句法正确性判断任务和抑制控制任务。实验结果显示,儿童二语句法加工能力随着二语学习经验的增加而不断提高,且在初中一年级阶段出现句法加工的自动化迹象;在小学五年级实验组和大学生对照组发现了抑制控制能力对二语句法加工的影响。本研究揭示了儿童二语句法加工能力发展的趋势以及抑制控制能力的作用,并在一定程度上支持和扩充了统一竞争模型的理论阐释。This cross-sectional study examined the development of second language(L2) syntactic processing ability in Chinese-English bilingual children and the role of inhibitory control in their L2 syntactic processing. Students from Grade 5, Grade 6 and Grade 7, and undergraduates(i.e., the control group) were recruited to participate in a grammaticality judgment task and an inhibitory control task. The results showed that(1) Chinese-English bilingual children’s L2 syntactic processing ability improved as they accumulated L2 learning experience, and automatic syntactic processing was observed in 7^(th) graders;and(2) significant effect of inhibitory control on L2 syntactic processing was found in 5^(th) graders and undergraduates. The findings revealed the developmental trajectory of L2 syntactic processing in bilingual children and the effect of inhibitory control ability,presenting supporting evidence for and new insight into the Unified Competition Model.
