摘　　要：全面建成小康社会后,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是实现长效脱贫、走向农业农村现代化、促进农民农村共同富裕的重要路径。全面推进高质量乡村振兴战略,提升乡村振兴战略实施效率,需准确把握中国乡村振兴战略的科学内涵。文章以“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”乡村振兴战略“二十字”方针为主线,进一步阐述乡村振兴战略“二十字”方针所内含的五大目标任务及其内在逻辑和有机联系,探讨新时期乡村振兴推进共同富裕目标的若干问题和实现路径。After building a comprehensive moderately prosperous society,consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements and effectively connecting rural revitalization is an important path to achieve long-term poverty alleviation,modernize agriculture and rural areas,and promote common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.To comprehensively promote the high-quality rural revitalization strategy and improve its implementation efficiency,it is necessary to accurately grasp the scientific connotation of China’s rural revitalization strategy.This paper focuses on the“Twenty-character”policy of rural revitalization,i.e.,“prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and prosperous life”,and further expounds the five goals and tasks contained in the policy,its internal logic and organic connection,to discuss some issues and realization paths of rural revitalization in the new era to promote the goal of common prosperity.
