摘 要:掺杂稀土铥有源光纤可将吸收的泵浦光转化为增益,是2μm掺铥光纤激光器的核心元器件之一。综合阐述了掺铥有源光纤的制备技术发展现状,归纳了国内外主流掺铥有源光纤产品的主要特征参数及其定义和测试方法,对掺铥有源光纤的各类标准开展了可参考性研究,分析了我国在掺铥有源光纤各特征参数测试能力和平台条件方面的现状,并以掺铥有源光纤为牵引,提出了稀土掺杂有源光纤相关标准的发展建议和测试能力提升方向。The rare earth thulium(Tm) doped active optical fiber can convert the absorbed pump light into gain, which is one of the core components of 2 μm Tm-doped fiber laser. The development status of preparation technology of Tm-doped active optical fiber is comprehensively expounded. The main characteristic parameters and their definitions and test methods of mainstream Tm-doped active optical fiber products at home and abroad are summarized. The various standards of Tm-doped active optical fiber are studied for reference, and the current situation of testing capability and platform conditions of various characteristic parameters of Tm-doped active optical fiber in China are analyzed. Taking Tm-doped active optical fiber as the traction, the development proposals of relevant standards of rare earth doped active optical fiber and the improvement direction of testing capability are put forward.
