摘　　要：为了推动高性能柔性低损耗射频同轴电缆的国产化,进行了高性能硅橡胶护套柔性低损耗射频同轴电缆的自主研制。通过采用镀银圆铜线绞合内导体、整体低密度聚四氟乙烯(LD-PTFE)推挤绝缘、镀银铜扁带绕包外导体、聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)保护层、镀银圆铜线编织屏蔽、硅橡胶护套,使该电缆兼顾了相互矛盾的柔软性和动态稳定性。经检测,该电缆在高频下具有低电压驻波比、低损耗、高弯曲相位稳定性,在经受各种振动、冲击后保持良好的电气性能等特点。研制的该电缆不仅适用于较小空间的静态安装敷设,而且适用于各种振动、冲击动态环境使用。In order to promote the localization of high-performance flexible low-loss RF coaxial cable, a high-performance flexible low-loss RF coaxial cable with silicone rubber sheath is independently developed. Through the use of silver-coated round copper wire stranded inner conductor, overall LD-PTFE push insulation, silver-coated copper flat belt wrapped outer conductor, FEP protective layer, silver-coated round copper wire braided shielding and silicone rubber sheath, the cable takes into account the contradictory flexibility and dynamic stability. After testing, the cable has the characteristics of low voltage standing wave ratio, low-loss and high bending phase stability at high frequency, and maintains good electrical performance after withstanding various vibrations and shocks. The developed cable is not only suitable for static installation and laying in small space, but also suitable for various vibration and impact dynamic environments.
