摘　　要：余甘子是中国南方地区的特色经济树种,但目前对国内余甘子产业的总体生产情况还没有系统的统计和研究报道,产业链发展情况也还不清晰。本研究通过实地调研、电话访谈、文献分析和数据统计等多种方法,掌握了国内余甘子主产区的生产、加工情况以及产业发展的主要问题。结果显示,国内余甘子总栽培面积约3.8万hm^(2),主产区包括云南、福建、广东、广西等地,主栽品种有‘高黎贡山糯’‘、盈玉’、‘甜种’、‘粉甘’、‘蓝丰’、‘玻璃甘’、‘大玉余甘’等,加工企业有上百家,分布在南方各省,加工产品主要有果干、蜜饯、果汁、果茶、余甘子粉、含片等。总体来讲,余甘子产业还存在资源保存和开发利用不够、标准化体系不完善、精深加工不足、科技支撑乏力等问题,建议增加产业政策和资金的支持力度、重视种质资源的保存与开发利用、加强余甘子产业主体的交流与协作,促进产业链向下延伸。Phyllanthus emblica L.is a characteristic economic tree species in southern China.Up to now,there is still no systematic statistics and research report on the overall picture of Phyllanthus emblica L.industry in China,and the development of the industrial chain is not yet clear.In this study,the information on the cultivation,processing and industrial development of Phyllanthus emblica L.were collected through field investigation,telephone interview,literature analysis and data statistics.Our results show that the total cultivation area of Phyllanthus emblica L.in China is nearly 38,000 hm^(2)and the main production areas include Yunnan,Fujian,Guangdong and Guangxi.The main cultivars include‘Gaoligongnuo’,‘Yingyu’,‘Sweet’,‘Pink’,‘Lanfeng’,‘Glass-sweet’,‘Dayu’,etc.There are more than one hundred processing enterprises of Phyllanthus emblica L.in China’s southern provinces,with products of dry fruit,preserved fruit,fruit juice,fruit tea,fruit powder,throat lozenge,etc.Generally,there are still some problems in China’s Phyllanthus emblica L.industry,such as insufficient resource conservation and utilization,imperfect standardization system,shortage of deep processing,and weak scientific technological support.It is suggested that the local governments should increase the policy and capital support to Phyllanthus emblica L.industry,highlight the conservation and utilization of germplasm resources,strengthen the exchange and cooperation among the enterprises of Phyllanthus emblica L.industry,and extend the industrial chain to the downstream.
