摘  要:随着技术的进步和管理能力的提高,企业生产和管理逐渐精细化,而当前仓储粉料罐的计量手段较为粗略,已无法满足部分企业需求,根据对粉料仓储罐剩余体积准确测试的需求,提出由伺服电机和激光测距传感器为主构成的硬件结构以及以激光测距扫描方法、等单位截面积体积积分算法为主组成的运算方法,并将上述方法应用于测量系统的研究中,形成一套测量系统样机。着重介绍系统样机的测量原理、硬件构成、系统算法、控制方式,对样机的测量误差来源进行详细的分析,提出测试验证方法并完成测试验证,最终实现体积测量准确度优于1%的剩余体积测量系统研究。With the progress of technology and the improvement of management ability, enterprise production and management gradually refined, and the current storage powder tank measurement is rough, unable to meet the demand of some enterprises, according to the powder storage tank, composed of the servo motor and laser ranging sensor hardware structure and laser ranging scanning method, unit area volume integral algorithm, and apply the above method to the measurement system research, formed a set of measuring system prototype. The measurement principle, hardware structure, system algorithm and control mode of the system prototype are mainly introduced. The source of the measurement error of the machine is analyzed in detail, the test verification method is proposed and the test verification is completed, and finally, the residual volume measurement system study is better than 1%.
