摘  要:针对传统校准检测尺垂直度的方法需要考虑悬挂处是否同心以及测微器安装倾角等不确定性因素的影响,该文根据尺面上任意一条直线转动的角度与检测尺转动的角度一致性原则,采用激光跟踪仪对检测尺垂直度进行校准。建立数学模型,理论分析比较传统校准方法和激光跟踪仪法的区别。基于激光跟踪仪法进行试验设计,建立空间坐标系,异面直线夹角与投影直线夹角的最大差值是0.008 mm/2 m,得出检测尺在同一平面内转动。试验结果显示:示值误差均在允许误差范围之内,传统校准方法测得示值误差是偏小的,符合理论分析;根据样本标准偏差,计算出激光跟踪仪法各关键点测量结果的重复性,其重复性呈线性变化,随着关键点示值的增大,重复性逐渐趋于稳定,整体来看重复性优于传统校准方法。该文为检测尺垂直度校准提供一种新方法,可丰富垂直度检测的量传体系。In view of the traditional calibration method of verticality of measuring ruler, the influence of uncertain factors such as whether the suspension position is concentric or not and the inclination angle of micrometer should be considered, this study adopts laser tracker to calibrate the verticality of measuring ruler according to the principle of consistency between the rotation angle of any straight line on the ruler and the rotation angle of measuring ruler. The mathematical model and theoretical analysis were established to compare the difference between the traditional calibration method and the laser tracker method. Then the experimental design was carried out based on the laser tracker method, and the spatial coordinate system was established. The maximum difference between the angle of the different plane straight lines and the angle of the projection line was 0.008 mm/2 m, and the detection ruler rotated in the same plane. Finally, the experimental results show that: the error of indication is within the allowable error range, and the error of indication measured by the traditional calibration method is small, which accords with the theoretical analysis;According to the sample standard deviation, the repeatability of the laser tracker method is calculated for each key point measurement results, and the repeatability changes linearly. With the increase of the key point value, the repeatability gradually tends to be stable. On the whole, the repeatability is better than the traditional calibration method. This study provides a new method for verticality calibration of measuring ruler and enrich the measurement system of verticality detection.
