摘 要:针对光电稳定平台数字伺服控制系统性能评价的实际需求,研究正弦逼近法幅相频校准技术的原理和实现方法,基于虚拟仪器技术设计一种新型数字式实时幅相频测试系统,并通过互相关法将原技术标准推荐测量范围下限由1 Hz拓展至0.1 Hz。该系统无需设计复杂的专用接口电路,通过一个独立UART建立测量信道即可实现宽频段范围控制系统幅相频特性的精确测量。该测量系统对典型传递函数的幅频和相频拟合误差在0.1~1 kHz范围内优于0.038 dB和0.3°,在实物光电稳定平台控制系统性能指标测试中,与专用频谱分析仪器HP35670A相比具有相近的测量精度和重复性。试验表明该系统具有测试简单、准确、性价比高的优点。Aiming at the actual demand of performance evaluation of digital servo control system of opticelectric stabilization platform, the principle and realization method of amplitude-phase-frequency calibration technology by sinusoidal approximation method were studied, a new real-time amplitude-phase-frequency testing system based on virtual instrument technology was designed, The minimum measuring range recommended by the original technical standard was extended from 1 Hz to 0.1 Hz by cross correlation method. Without designing a complex special hardware interface, the system can achieves accurate measurement of the frequency response characteristics of the control system in a wide range by an independent UART to set up a measurement channel. The fitting error of amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency of the measurement system to the classic transfer function is better then 0.038 dB and 0.3 degree in the range of 0.1-1 kHz, and compared with the special spectrum analysis instrument HP35670A, the measurement system can achieves similar measurement accuracy and repeatability. The experimental results indicate that the system has the advantages of simple testing, accurate testing, high cost performance.
