摘  要:2021年于湖南浏阳开展裂区试验,探讨种植密度、施氮量及其互作对特色烤烟品种G80成熟采烤期鲜叶素质的影响。结果表明:种植密度是影响成熟期各部位烟叶叶绿素含量及上部烟叶含水率的主要因素,高密度处理D3(18495株/hm^(2))的上部烟叶叶绿素含量0.37 mg/g和含水率83.02%~87.26%均显著低于中、低密度处理水平,且密度与施氮量对上部叶叶绿素含量的影响均具有显著交互效应;烟叶含水率表现为中部叶(87.51%~90.85%)>上部叶(83.02%~87.26%);种植密度是影响鲜烟叶化学成分的主要因素,高密度处理(D3)的成熟采烤期中上部叶的总糖(6.50%)、还原糖(5.23%)含量相对较高;上部叶多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性为10.17~17.57 U/mg,中部叶PPO活性为9.60~17.46 U/mg。在同一种植密度下,中部与上部鲜烟叶PPO活性均表现为处理N3<N2<N1。综合比较,种植密度D3(18495株/hm^(2))与氮肥用量N3(195.0 kg/hm^(2))处理下烤烟G80的鲜烟叶素质表现最佳。本研究为提高G80烟叶鲜叶素质的栽培调控技术及其应用提供了数据支撑。A split plot experiment was conducted in Liuyang in 2021 to study the effect of planting density,nitrogen application rate and their interaction on the quality of fresh leaves of characteristic flue-cured tobacco variety G80 at mature priming and curing.The results showed that planting density was the main factor affecting the chlorophyll content and water content of upper tobacco leaves in different parts(lower,middle and upper parts)at maturity stage.The chlorophyll content of 0.37 mg/g and water content of 83.02%-87.26%of upper tobacco leaves under D3(18495 plants/hm^(2))were significantly lower than those under medium and low density treatment,and the effect of density and nitrogen application rate on the chlorophyll content of upper leaves were significantly interactive.The overall moisture content of tobacco leaves was 87.51%-90.85%in the middle leaves and 83.02%-87.26%in the upper leaves.Planting density was the main factor af fecting the chemical composition of fresh tobacco leaves.The contents of total sugar 6.50%and reducing sugar 5.23%in the middle and upper leaves of D3 treated with high density were relatively high at the mature curing period.The activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)in upper leaves was 10.17-17.57 U/mg,and that in the middle leaves was 9.60-17.46 U/mg.Under the same planting density,the PPO activity of the middle and upper fresh tobacco leaves showed that the treatment N3<N2<N1.Comprehensively,the best fresh tobacco leaf quality of G80 was achieved under D3(18495 plants/hm^(2))and nitrogen fertilizer application N3(195.0 kg/hm^(2)).This study provided data to support the formation and application of cultivation control techniques to improve the fresh leaf quality of G80.
