摘 要:为探讨低温低湿烘烤工艺技术在湘西植烟区烟叶调制上的可行性,比较分析了中温中湿烘烤工艺和低温低湿烘烤工艺下云烟87烤后烟叶的质量差异。结果表明:与中温中湿烘烤工艺相比,低温低湿烘烤工艺下,X2F、B2F和C3F烟叶的主要化学成分可用性指数(CCUI)分别提高3.29%、2.62%和2.47%,感官质量指标评价总分值分别提高8.89%、10.8%和6.02%,外观质量指标评价总分值分别提高7.32%、10.0%和8.05%,物理特性指标评价总分值分别提高5.97%、14.6%和3.59%,烟叶质量综合指标评价总分值分别提高5.83%、8.31%和5.36%。同时,本研究使用的烘烤燃料总成本较对照低14.3%。研究结果初步表明,低温低湿烘烤工艺可提高湘西烟区种植的云烟87烟叶烘烤质量。In order to explore the feasibility of low temperature and low humidity curing technology in the curing of tobacco leaves in Xiangxi tobacco planting area,the quality differences of flue-cured tobacco leaves of Yunyan 87 were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the main chemical composition availability index(CCUI)of X2F,B2F and C3F tobacco leaves increased by 3.29%,2.62%and 2.47%respectively,the total score of sensory quality index increased by 8.89%,10.8%and 6.02%respectively,and the total score of appearance quality index increased by 7.32%,10.0%and 8.5%,respectively.The total score of physical characteristic index evaluation increased by 5.97%,14.6%and 3.59%respectively,and the total score of comprehensive tobacco quality index increased by 5.83%,8.31%and 5.36%respectively.At the same time,the total cost of baking fuel used in this study was 14.3%lower than that of the control.The preliminary study shows that the low temperature and low humidity curing process can improve the curing quality of Yunyan 87 tobacco leaves planted in Xiangxi tobacco area.
