摘  要:随着超声成像技术的不断发展,由超声A扫信号处理得B扫信号的算法也在不断更新进步。超声全聚焦(Total Focus Method,TFM)成像算法,是基于全矩阵捕获(Full Matrix Capture,FMC)进行信号算法处理的研究,能够在所测试件的全部区域进行聚焦。本文应用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对金属铝板中存在的横通孔缺陷进行建模,并采用FMC方式进行信号采集,结合MATLAB软件对采集的数据进行TFM算法处理得到缺陷B扫信息,同时对比研究了半聚焦超声成像技术(Half Focus Method,HFM)并在仿真的理想状态下,对2种算法的B扫成像结果进行不同截面仿真图的叠加,以达到三维缺陷反演效果。对TFM和HFM的缺陷仿真结果进行对比,结果表明,TFM成像技术能够较为准确地反映缺陷的位置以及形状信息,虽然HFM算法能够节省接近一半的数据处理时间,能够更快地实现缺陷的超声成像,但在成像结果上相较于TFM算法稍差些,同时COMSOL Multiphysics与MATLAB的结合,能够较好地实现超声无损检测的仿真。With the continuous development of ultrasonic imaging technology,the algorithm of ultrasonic A-scan signal processing to B-scan signal is also constantly updated and improved.Ultrasonic Total Focus Method(TFM)imaging algorithm is based on Full Matrix Capture(FMC)for signal processing,which can focus all areas of the test piece.In this paper,COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to model the transverse hole defects in metal aluminum plate,and FMC method is used for signal acquisition.Combined with MATLAB software,the collected data are processed by TFM algorithm to obtain defect B-scan information.At the same time,the Half Focus Method(HFM)is compared and studied.Under the ideal state of simulation,the B-scan imaging results of the two algorithms are superimposed by different cross-section simulation maps to achieve the three-dimensional defect inversion effect.The defect simulation results of TFM and HFM are compared.The results show that the TFM imaging technology can accurately reflect the position and shape information of the defect.Although the HFM algorithm can save nearly half of the data processing time and realize the ultrasonic imaging of the defect faster,the imaging results are slightly worse than those of the TFM algorithm.At the same time,the combination of COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB can better realize the simulation of ultrasonic nondestructive testing.
