摘  要:针对油气管道铺设环境、管径及焊缝缺陷设计一种X射线实时成像检测系统,该系统具备操作简单、携带方便和自动化程度高等优点,解决了野外施工因地形等原因造成焊缝检测困难等问题,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。An X-ray real-time imaging detection system is designed for the laying environment,pipe diameter and weld defects of oil and gas pipelines.The system has the advantages of simple operation,convenient carrying and high degree of automation,which solves the problems of weld detection difficulties caused by terrain and other reasons in field construction,improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
