摘 要:采用CR成像与微焦点DR成像对铝合金搭接焊缝和对接焊缝进行射线照相检测,通过丝型像质计灵敏度、图像分辨率、归一化信噪比等指标进行成像质量对比分析。实验结果表明微焦点DR成像与CR成像均能检测到典型焊缝缺陷,综合检测灵敏度、图像分辨率、图像归一化信噪比三个指标得出,采用微焦点射线源的DR成像效果优于采用常规射线机的CR成像效果。The CR(computer radiography)imaging and micro-focal spot DR(digital radiography)imaging are used to detect lap welds and butt welds of aluminum alloy by radiography,meanwhile,the imaging qualities are compared and analyzed by the wire type IQI(image quality indicator)sensitivity,image resolution and normalized signal-to-noise ratio.The experiment results show that both CR imaging and micro-focal spot DR imaging can detect typical weld defects.The micro-focal spot DR imaging is better than CR imaging by comparing detection sensitivity,image resolution and image normalized signal-to-noise ratio.
