摘　　要：中老铁路客票系统是中老铁路高质量开通的重要保障,是我国铁路信息化技术“走出去”的标志性工程。基于对老挝客票业务需求、我国既有铁路客票系统现状、OSJD国际列车客票应用现状、UIC国际联运应用情况的综合分析,提出构建中老铁路客票系统的设计思路和关键技术解决方案,深入研究老挝境内和跨境业务组织管理方式、交易、支付服务特点、车票票制、系统体系结构及接口标准支撑等方面,设计多中心架构模式,研究网络、数据存储、终端服务等专项技术,实现适用于老挝境内和跨境旅客运输的中老铁路客票系统,支撑中老铁路多席位组织模式、多语言切换、多币种支付等特有需求,为中老铁路旅客运输提供有力的信息系统支撑,也为推动我国与其他国家开展国际铁路联运提供借鉴。The ticketing system of China-Laos Railway is an important guarantee for its high-quality opening and a landmark project for China’s railway information technology to go global. This paper analyzed the requirements of the ticket businesses in Laos, the current status of the domestic railway ticketing system, the application of the international railway ticketing system of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways(OSJD), and the international intermodal transport of International Union of Railways(UIC). On this basis, it proposed the design idea and key technical solutions to the construction of the ticketing system for China-Laos Railway. The research extensively studied the organization and management mode, transaction and payment service characteristics, ticket specification, system architecture, and interface standard support of domestic and cross-border businesses of Laos, designed a multi-center architecture mode, and explored special technologies such as networks, data storage, and terminal services. In this way, a ticketing system for China-Laos Railway is achieved for domestic and cross-border passenger transport of Laos, which can satisfy the requirements of China-Laos Railway such as the multi-seat organization mode, multilingual switching, and multi-currency payment and provide information system support for passenger transport of China-Laos Railway. In addition, the research result can provide references for promoting international intermodal transport of railways between China and other countries.
