摘　　要：针对中老铁路席位跨境、跨时区售票和管理的问题,结合中国铁路客票发展经验,形成以接入层、业务层和资源层为核心的3层总体架构,系统以路网信息、业务运营数据和列车信息为数据基础,采用开源的PG数据库和NACOS微服务提高系统性能和可靠性,提出对用户与窗口分别采用RBAC和ABAC的方式实行最小权限控制,确保系统数据和功能安全,对窗口和接入设备进行基于数字证书的双向验证从而保证接入设备的合法性,并创新性地运用车型信息进行席位计划自动编制,提出采用国际席位交换与返还的席位管理新模式,以解决跨境席位管理权限问题,提升席位管理自动化水平,为中老铁路高效运用跨境运输能力、均衡组织跨境运输打下坚实的基础。China-Laos Railway presents the problem of cross-border and cross-time zone ticket sales and management. To this end, this paper built a three-layer overall structure with access layer, business layer, and resource layer by analyzing the current ticket management mode in China. The system was based on railway network information, business operation data, and train information, which used the open-source database PG and the open-source microservices architecture NACOS to improve system performance and reliability. RBAC and ABAC were proposed for users and windows to implement least privilege control to ensure system data and function security. Two-way verification based on digital certificates was performed for windows and access devices to ensure the legitimacy of access devices. Vehicle model information was innovatively applied to automatically make ticket plans. A new international ticket exchange and return management model was proposed to solve the problem of cross-border ticket management authority. As a result, the ticket management automation level is improved, which lays a firm foundation for the China-Laos Railway to use the cross-border transportation capacity economically and organize cross-border transportation in a balanced manner.
