摘　　要：分析了国内核电主力机型——Arabelle型半转速核电机组出现的多种典型振动故障,其中包括该机型独有的振动问题。通过对24台机组的大量现场试验研究,就动静摩擦、升负荷过程高中压转子振动爬升、质量(热)不平衡、发电机测振支架结构共振、联轴器连接松动、轴系长周期振动波动等该机型的共性振动故障进行了机理分析和特征总结,并针对不同类型的振动故障提供了现场治理对策。可为Arabelle型核电机组振动故障诊断治理提供参考。Various typical vibration faults of Arabelle half speed nuclear power turbo-generator unit, the main type of nuclear power turbo-generator in China, are analyzed, including some unique vibration faults. Through a large number of field experimental studies on 24 units, the mechanism and characteristics of common vibration faults of Arabelle turbo-generator, such as dynamic and static friction, high pressure and intermediate pressure rotor vibration climbing during rising power, mass(thermal) unbalance, structural resonance of vibration sensor supporting bracket of generator, insufficient bolt tightening force of coupling, and long period vibration fluctuation of shaft system, are analyzed and summarized. Moreover, the on-site treatment measures for different vibration faults are also proposed.It can provide a reference for vibration fault diagnosis and treatment of Arabelle nuclear power turbo-generator units.
