摘　　要：在分析湖南省林业信息化建设现状及问题的基础上,根据新时期促进生态文明新进步、加快数字政府建设和全面推行林长制的要求,结合湖南省实际,提出了“十四五”时期湖南省林业信息化建设的规划思路和总体框架,以及林业大数据体系和智慧林长综合管理系统建设的重点内容;同时针对智慧林长综合管理系统各子系统间的相互关系进行了初步探讨,以期为促进林业信息化建设提供思路和参考。Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of forestry informatization construction in Hunan Province, according to the requirements of promoting the new progress of ecological civilization, accelerating the construction of digital government and carrying out the forest chief system in an all-round way in the new period, combined with the actual situation in Hunan, the planning thought, general frame of forestry informatization construction in Hunan Province during the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan, the major contents on construction of forestry big data system and intelligent forest chief integrated management system, are put forward. At the same time, the relationship between the subsystems of the intelligent forest-chief integrated management system is preliminarily discussed in order to provide ideas and references for promoting the construction of forestry informatization.
