摘  要:针对传统的侦察卫星情报处理系统效能评估方法中存在模糊性、缺乏数学定量评价的问题,提出了基于主客观组合赋权与Vague集理论相结合的侦察卫星情报处理系统效能评估方法。将G1序列法与反熵权法相结合,分别得到主、客观权重,利用博弈论集化模型确定指标组合权重,结合Vague集理论构建情报处理系统模糊综合评价模型。实例分析结果表明,该方法和模型能有效评估侦察卫星情报处理系统效能,为侦察卫星整体效能的评估提供了方法指引。For fuzziness and lack of mathematical quantitative evaluation in traditional evaluation methods of reconnaissance satellite information processing systems,an evaluation method is proposed based on subjective and objective comprehensive weight assignment combined with Vague set theory.G1 method and anti-entropy weight method are adopted to determine the expert weight and the objective weight of evaluation indicators,and the comprehensive weight of indicators is determined by game theory aggregation model.Then an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of information processing system is established combining with Vague set theory.The results of a concrete computation example shows that the method can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of the intelligence processing system of reconnaissance satellite,which lays a foundation for the overall evaluation of the effectiveness of reconnaissance satellite in the next step.
