摘  要:汽车技术网联化、智能化、科技化的巨大进步,带来了车载无线通信技术的应用与发展,从而给用户提供了安全、便捷、舒适的驾驶和乘坐体验。车载无线通信技术主要包括蓝牙、WIFI、2G/3G/4G/5G移动通信等,这些技术实现了车载导航、多媒体娱乐、无线通信、语音识别、紧急报警等功能。因此,汽车流入市场前,无线通信功能是否正常工作,成为下线检测的一个关键步骤,有问题的车辆不但会影响用户的体验,严重的还会影响用户的安全,尤其是2018年3月31日起,欧盟规定出口车型必须配备eCALL功能。本文提出基于模拟基站的生产现场无线通信测试系统设计,可实现蓝牙、WIFI、移动通信以及e CALL功能和性能参数的下线检测,以便消除之前人工抽检方式的隐患,提升汽车的品质。The great progress of networking, intelligence and hi-tech of automobile, brings the application and development of vehicle wireless communication technology, thus providing customer with safe, convenient and comfortable driving and riding experience. The vehicle wireless communication technology mainly includes Bluetooth,WIFI, 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile communication and so on, these technologies have realized the functions of vehicle navigation, multimedia entertainment, wireless communication, speech recognition, emergency alarm and so on.Therefore, whether the wireless communication function is working properly before the cars enter the market has become a key step in the off-line detection. The vehicles with quality problems will not only affect the customer’s experience, but also seriously affect the customer’s safety, especially starting from March 31 2018, eCALL is required by the European Union for export vehicles. In this paper, the design of wireless communication test system based on emulation base station is presented, which can detect Bluetooth, Wifi, mobile communication, eCALL function and performance parameters, improved the quality of the cars.
