摘  要:通过介绍多翻斗雨量传感器融合系统结构,分析翻斗式雨量传感器结构组成和工作原理,并从线路故障排查、雨量传感器故障排查、降水多传感器融合控制器故障排查3个方面,提出了多翻斗雨量传感器融合系统的故障排查方法及流程,同时结合内蒙古地区环境特点,从设备调试和设备维护2个方面详细地提出了该系统日常维护方法与流程,以期对基层气象台站业务人员做好多翻斗雨量传感器融合系统的日常维护和故障维修工作提供参考。This paper introduced the structure of the multi bucket rain sensor fusion system,analyzed the structure and working principle of the multi bucket rain sensor,and put forward the fault troubleshooting method and process of the multi bucket rain sensor fusion system from three aspects of line fault troubleshooting,rain sensor fault troubleshooting,and precipitation multi-sensor fusion controller fault troubleshooting,The daily maintenance methods and processes of the system were proposed in detail from two aspects of equipment commissioning and equipment maintenance,with a view to providing reference for the business personnel of grass-roots meteorological stations to do daily maintenance and fault repair of many tipping bucket rain sensor fusion systems.
