灌溉中干渠直开口单控闸门远程测控系统的改造

摘　　要：随着农业现代化的推进,宁夏灌区发展正在进入新的阶段,呈现出改造内容诉求多元、基础保障更为迫切的态势。灌区建设内容发生了深刻变化,提质增效的要求更加紧迫。灌区现有的量测水体系、信息化管理体系不能适应落实最严格的水资源管理制度、促进农业水价综合改革和建立水权制度的要求。2018年宁夏回族自治区水利厅组织编制了《宁夏引黄现代化生态灌区建设规划》,计划通过10~20年的建设,以自治区“一网一库一平台”为依托,将宁夏灌区打造成组织体系完善、运行高效低耗、农业高产稳产、环境和谐良好、经费投入持续保障的现代化生态灌区。With the advancement of agricultural modernization,the development of Ningxia irrigation area is entering a new stage,showed a trend of diversified demands for transformation content and more urgent basic security.The construction content of irrigation areas has undergone profound changes,and the requirements for improving quality and efficiency are more urgent.The existing water measurement system and information management system in the irrigation area cannot meet the needs of implementing the strictest water resource management system,promoting the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price and establishing the water right system.In 2018,the Water Resources Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region organized the preparation of the Ningxia Yellow River Diversion Modern Ecological Irrigation Area Construction Plan.It was planned to build Ningxia Irrigation Area into a modern ecological irrigation area with a perfect organizational system,efficient operation,low consumption,high and stable agricultural yield,harmonious environment,and continuous guarantee of funding through 10-20 years of construction,relying on the autonomous region’s“one network,one reservoir,one platform”.
