摘 要:建立多元协同共治流域生态补偿机制,是对自然环境资源进行高效运转利用的首要手段,也是进行生态保护的重要决策。目前,我国的生态补偿多元主体协同机制主要涵盖政府补偿、市场补偿及公众补偿3种补偿手段,其整体补偿机制研究仍亟待优化。在对南岭走廊生态进行阐述的基础上,针对社会经济视角下生态补偿中政府与市场协同关系演进机理进行了说明。同时,分析了生态补偿多元主体协同机制中政府与市场作用的有效性,论述了生态补偿多元主体协同机制中的改进建议。The establishment of the ecological compensation mechanism of the multi-subject collaborative governance basin was the primary means for the efficient operation and utilization of natural environmental resources,and was also an important decision for ecological protection.At present,the Multi-subject Coordination Mechanism of ecological compensation in China mainly covers three compensation means,namely,government compensation,market compensation and public compensation.The research on the overall compensation mechanism still needs to be optimized.On the basis of a general description of the ecology of the Nanling corridor,explained the evolution mechanism of the cooperative relationship between the government and the market in ecological compensation from the perspective of social economy.At the same time,this paper also analyzed the effectiveness of the role of the government and the market in the Multi-subject Coordination Mechanism of ecological compensation.Finally,this paper discussed the suggestions for improvement in the coordination mechanism of ecological compensation.
