摘  要:试验旨在分析饲喂不同浓度吲哚对高邮鸭生长性能、血清生化指标、肠形态及盲肠菌群的影响。选取22日龄健康高邮鸭280只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复14只(公、母各半),对照组鸭饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、250、400 mg/kg吲哚。试验期28 d。结果显示:试验Ⅱ组鸭平均日采食量和料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组鸭血清总胆红素(TBILI)、直接胆红素(DBILI)、尿酸(UA)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组鸭血清ALT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组鸭的十二指肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组间鸭的盲肠总细菌、乳酸菌、大肠杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量差异不显著(P>0.05),但乳酸菌数量均最高,产气荚膜梭菌数量均最低。研究表明,吲哚能够改善高邮鸭生长性能、血清生化指标、肠形态和肠道菌群结构,添加250 mg/kg吲哚可以改善高邮鸭肠形态,利于肠道有益菌繁殖。The experiment was to analyze the effect of indoles feeding different concentrations on growth performance,serum biochemical indices, intestinal morphology and cecal microflora of Gaoyou ducks. A total of two hundred and eighty22 healthy Gaoyou ducks were randomly divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group and 14 ducks in each replicate(half in male and female). Ducks in control group were fed with a basal diet, ducks in experimental group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 100, 250 and 400 mg/kg indoles, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that the average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of ducks in test group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The content of total bilirubin(TBILI), direct bilirubin(DBILI), uric acid(UA) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) activity in serum of ducks in test group Ⅲ were significantly or extremely higher than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the activity of ALT in serum of ducks in test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The duodenal villus height of experimental ducks was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of total bacteria, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens among all groups(P>0.05), but the number of Lactobacillus was the highest and Clostridium perfringens was the lowest. The study indicates that indoles can improve the growth performance, serum biochemical indices, intestinal morphology and the structure of intestinal flora of Gaoyou ducks, and feeding 250 mg/kg indoles can improve the intestinal morphology and intestinal bacteria breeding of Gaoyou ducks.
