摘　　要：枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,B. subtilis)作为一种功能性益生菌,在动物肠道特殊环境条件下可大量生存并定植。B. subtilis菌体可以分泌营养因子,促进肠道对营养物质的消化吸收,提高生产性能,在肠道健康方面发挥重要作用。文章主要总结近年来B. subtilis调节肉鸡肠道健康的研究进展,从B. subtilis的生物学特性和生理功能等方面进行论述,分析B. subtilis存在的问题和未来发展方向,旨在为改善肉鸡肠道健康提供参考。As a functional probiotic, Bacillus subtilis(B. subtilis) can survive and colonize in large quantities under the special environmental conditions of the intestinal tract. The bacteria itself can also secrete nutritional factors, promote the digestion and absorption of intestinal nutrients, improve the production performance of the body, and play an important role in intestinal health. The paper mainly summarizes the research progress of B. subtilis in regulating the intestinal health of broilers in recent years, discusses the biological characteristics and physiological functions of B. subtilis, analyzes its existing problems and future development directions, in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of broiler intestinal health.
