摘　　要：通过对酒钢3#烧结机现有参数进行分析、工艺设备优势发掘,新式松料器、降低烧结机台车边缘效应装置的应用及一次混合机加水位置、制粒方式的调整,将烧结过程向均质烧结靠近,实现了烧结成品率的提高、烧结矿冶金性能的改善。Through analyzing the existing parameters of 3# sintering machine of Jiusteel, excavating the advantages of process equipment, applying the new loose material device, reducing the edge effect device of sintering machine and adjusting the water position and granulating mode of primary mixer, the sintering process is closer to homogeneous sintering, and the sintering rate is improved and the metallurgical properties of sinter are improved.
