摘  要:通过力学性能检测分析,并利用光学显微镜对样品晶粒尺寸进行观察统计,研究不同铸轧区长度对坯料晶粒组织及后续成品退火力学性能的影响,得出大铸轧区比小铸轧区生产的坯料晶粒长宽比大,经过相同的冷加工后再结晶退火温度降低,通过适当退火温度可以消除铸轧区的影响。The effects of different casting and rolling zones on the grain structure of billet and themechanical properties of subsequent finished products are studied through the detection and analysis of mechanical properties, and the grain size of the sample is observed and analyzed by optical microscope. It is concluded that the grain length width ratio of billet produced in large casting and rolling zone is larger than that in small casting and rolling zone, and the recrystallization annealing temperature is reduced after the same cold processing, the influence of casting and rolling zone can be eliminated by appropriate annealing temperature.
