摘  要:采用回转窑对高炉瓦斯灰泥进行高温处置,不仅生产的氧化锌粉ZnO含量不小于50%,而且提取ZnO后剩余的金属化物料中ZnO含量不大于1.0%、铁含量大于50%,金属化物料可返回钢铁企业循环利用或经磨选后生产高品质铁粉和铁精粉。高炉瓦斯灰泥经回转窑工艺具有工艺技术成熟、设备简单、建设费用低和动力消耗少等优点,单窑年处理能力可达10~25万t,适合钢厂处理高锌尘泥。The blast furnace gas plaster is treated at high temperature by rotary kiln, not only the ZnO content of the produced zinc oxide powder is not less than 50%, but also the ZnO content of the remaining metallized materials after the extraction of ZnO is not more than 1.0%, and the iron content is more than 50%. The metallized materials can be returned to the iron and steel enterprises for recycling or grinding to produce high quality iron powder and iron fine powder. Blast furnace gas plaster has the advantages of mature technology, simple equipment, low construction cost and low power consumption through rotary kiln process, and the annual processing capacity of a single kiln can reach 100 000 to 250 000 tons, which is suitable for steel mills to deal with high zinc dust sludge.
