酒钢高炉瓦斯灰使用现状及利用方案的探讨

摘　　要：通过调查酒钢瓦斯灰现状,结合近几年瓦斯灰的研究工作,提出采用选矿和回转窑联合处理酒钢瓦斯灰工艺。一方面该工艺对于含铁、锌低,磁性好的重力灰采取选矿工艺,得到铁精矿粉直接用于烧结,含锌较高的尾矿进入回转窑焙烧处理。另一方面对含锌较高的高炉布袋灰、重力灰的尾矿直接入回转窑,经高温还原得到含铁较高的窑渣和富锌粉。再将窑渣破碎,经过磁选工艺得到铁精矿供烧结,尾渣用于铺路或制砖。此工艺不仅达到瓦斯灰脱锌、脱碱的目的,还实现了瓦斯灰二次资源的利用。By investigating the current situation of gas ash in Jiusteel and combined with the research work of gas ash in recent years, the combined treatment process of beneficiation and rotary kiln is proposed. On the one hand, for the gravity ash with low iron and zinc content but good magnetism, the beneficiation process is adopted to obtain iron concentrate powder for sintering directly, and the tailings with high zinc content enter the rotary kiln for roasting. On the other hand, the tailings of blast furnace bag ash and gravity ash with high zinc content are directly fed into the rotary kiln, and the kiln slag and zinc rich powder with high iron content are obtained by high temperature reduction. Then, the kiln slag is crushed and the iron concentrate is obtained through magnetic separation process for sintering, and the tail slag is used for paving or brick making. The process not only realizes the purpose of dezincification and dealkylation of gas ash, but also realizes the utilization of secondary resources of gas ash.
