摘  要:为研究四川地区兔波氏杆菌的分布状况及耐药性,采用微生物学方法对2020—2021年四川地区病死兔进行波氏杆菌的分离鉴定,并采用K-B纸片琼脂法对分离鉴定的兔波氏杆菌进行耐药性分析。结果表明:共分离出35株兔波氏杆菌,分离率为26.52%(35/132)。对10大类22种抗生素的耐药率为48.57%~85.71%,其中对替加环素、氟苯尼考、妥布霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、多西环素较为敏感,而对头孢匹罗、头孢噻肟、头孢拉定、恩诺沙星、左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、青霉素、氨苄西林、阿莫西林、林可霉素、克林霉素、红霉素、麦迪霉素、磷霉素存在较高的耐药率,耐药率为48.57%~85.71%。反应了四川地区兔波氏杆菌存在较为严重的抗生素耐药,研究结果对兔波氏杆菌病的临床合理用药具有重要的指导意义。In order to study the distribution of Bordetella rabbit in Sichuan and analyze its drug resistance, the dead rabbits in Sichuan from 2020 to 2021 were isolated and identified by microbiological methods, and the drug resistance of the isolated and identified Bordetella rabbit was analyzed by K-B disk agar method. The results showed that 35 strains of Bordetella rabbit were isolated, and the isolation rate was 26.52%(35/132). The resistance rate to 22 kinds of antibiotics in 10 categories ranged from 48.57% to 85.71%, among which, tegacyclin, florfenicol, tobramycin, gentamicin, amikacin, kanamycin, tetracycline and doxycycline were more sensitive, while cefpirome, cefotaxime, cefradine, enrofloxacin, levofloxacin, norfloxacin, penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin, lincomycin, clindamycin, erythromycin, madicin Fosfomycin had a high resistance rate, which ranged from 48.57% to85.71%. This study reflects that there is a serious antibiotic resistance in rabbit Bordetella in Sichuan. The results of this study have important guiding significance for the clinical rational drug use of rabbit Bordetella disease.
