摘 要:兔病毒性出血症2型(RHD2)已经在我国流行,为了明确浙江是否存在RHD2,从发病兔场的疑似病例中采集样品,通过对症状及病理变化的分析,红血球玻片和微量凝集试验,再通过RT-PCR试验,证实RHD2已经在浙江流行,进一步通过测序、序列同源性以及遗传进化树分析,结果表明其与RHD2的序列同源性达到96.61%~99.15%,与国内已经报道的序列在同一个分支,证实其与国内其他地区流行毒株同源。Rabbit viral haemorrhagic disease type 2(RHD2) has been prevalent in China. In order to determine whether RHD2 exists in Zhejiang, samples were collected from suspected cases in the affected rabbit farm. Through the analysis of symptoms and pathological changes, red blood cell slide and microagglutination test, and RT-PCR test, RHD2 has been confirmed to be prevalent in Zhejiang. Further, through sequencing, sequence homology, and genetic evolution tree analysis, The results showed that its sequence homology with RHD2 reached 96.61%—99.15%, and it was in the same branch as the sequence reported in China, which confirmed that it was homologous with other epidemic strains in China.
