摘 要:结合某河道流域综合整治项目中的污水处理厂,探讨了在出水水质标准高,进水水质变化且用地受限条件下污水处理厂的设计。污水处理厂采用预处理-MSBR-高效沉淀池-深床滤池-生物滤池-紫外消毒的处理工艺,出水水质核心指标均要求达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准,TN浓度要求低达3~4 mg/L。水处理生产车间充分结合周边地形,采取多层次的高程设计,将构筑物设置在半地下或地下,屋顶设计为绿化和休闲公园,提升了土地价值,节约占地,臭气和噪声污染较小。Combined with the wastewater treatment plant in a river basin comprehensive improvement project, the design of the wastewater treatment plant is discussed under the condition of high effluent quality standard, varying influent concentration and limited land use. The wastewater treatment plant adopts the process of pretreatment-MSBR-high efficiency sedimentation tank-deep bed filter-biological filter-UV disinfection. The main water quality indexes of the effluent meet the class Ⅳ Standard of environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002), and the concentration of TN is as low as 3~4 mg/L. The wastewater treatment workshop fully combines with the surrounding terrain, adopts multi-level elevation design, the structures are set in the semi underground or underground, and the roof is designed as a green and leisure park, which improves the value of the land. In addition, the occupied area is less, the pollution of odor and noise is smaller.
