摘 要:空调热回收热水系统在我国南方酒店项目应用广泛,但实际工程竣工后运营中会出现各类问题。从实际出发,重点针对方案选择、运行策略、设备优化等问题进行了深入探讨,提出了空调全热回收+热水锅炉热水系统的改良方案。通过用板式换热器取代传统热水交换器、增加电动三通调节阀、增大热水贮水容积等技术措施,使得换热效率大幅提高,高峰时段热水用量充足,确保出水温度55℃;空调供冷季无须启动热水锅炉即可满足热水使用需求,从长远来看,具有更好的经济效益;可以为其他相同采用空调全热回收的酒店热水系统设计提供参考。Air conditioning heat recovery hot water system is widely used in hotel projects in south China, but various problems will occur in the actual operation after the completion of the project. Based on the actual situation, this paper focuses on the in-depth discussion of program selection, operation strategy, equipment optimization and other issues, and puts forward an improved scheme of air conditioning total heat recovery+hot water boiler hot water system. By replacing the traditional hot water exchanger with plate heat exchanger, increasing the electric three-way regulating valve, increasing the volume of hot water storage and other technical measures, the heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved, the hot water consumption in peak hours is sufficient, to ensure the outlet temperature of 55 ℃;It can meet the demand of hot water use without starting the hot water boiler in the cooling season of air conditioning. In the long run, it has better economic benefits. It can provide reference for the design of other hotel hot water system with the same air conditioning total heat recovery.
