摘 要:介绍了自建的全尺寸电池火灾试验平台,可模拟磷酸铁锂储能电站电池模组火灾和高压细水雾灭火过程。研究发现,高压细水雾能有效扑灭磷酸铁锂电池模组火灾,具有较强降温能力,并能降低集装箱内氢气及一氧化碳浓度。此外,高压细水雾可有效阻隔电池模组内部电芯之间的热失控蔓延,以及不同电池模组之间的热失控蔓延。通过磷酸铁锂电池模块火灾抑制试验确定了喷头参数,验证了高压细水雾系统灭火有效性应用方式,探讨了磷酸铁锂集装箱消防设计。This paper introduces the self-built full-size battery fire test platform, which can simulate the energy storage battery module fire and high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing process in lithium iron phosphate storage power station. It is found that high-pressure water mist can effectively extinguish the lithium iron phosphate battery module fire with strong cooling ability, and reduce the concentration of H_(2) and CO. In addition, the high pressure water mist can effectively block the thermal runaway spread between the battery cells inside the battery module and between the different battery modules. Through the test, nozzle parameter is determined, and the application pattern of high pressure water mist system is verified. Besides, fire technical strategy is discussed in lithium iron phosphate storage power station.
