摘 要:以某市开发区新建供水管网冲洗工程为实例,研究区域性新建大批量供水管网的冲洗问题,通过构建供水系统水力模型,提出辅助冲洗管的冲洗方式,设计制定合理的冲洗方案,优化冲洗步骤,以定量计算保证管网冲洗的科学性和合理性。工程实例表明,通过水力模型的分析和计算,预先制定冲洗方案,可以使各冲洗管道达到预计的冲洗流速,从而达到良好的冲洗效果,减少不科学冲洗过程中水资源的浪费(节约水量41%~60%),防止管网投产后水质安全事故的发生,也提高了供水企业对大批量新建管网并网前冲洗验收方面的管理水平。Taking the flushing project of a new water supply pipe network in a development zone of a city as an example, the flushing problem of a large-scale new regional water supply water pipe-network is studied. By building a hydraulic model of the water supply system, the flushing method of the auxiliary flushing pipe is proposed, and a reasonable flushing plan is designed and formulated to optimize.The flushing step is quantitatively calculated to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the flushing of the pipe-network. The engineering example shows that through the analysis and calculation of the hydraulic model, the flushing plan can be formulated in advance, so that each flushing pipe-network can reach the expected flushing flow velocity, so as to achieve a good flushing effect, reduce the waste of water resources in the unscientific flushing process(water saved 41%~60%), and prevent the pipe-network from being put into operation. The occurrence of water quality safety accidents later also improved the management level of water supply companies in terms of flushing and acceptance of large-scale new pipe-network before they are connected to the grid.
