摘  要:供水管网的实时在线监测和模拟是智慧水务建设的主要任务之一,但目前国内大多供水企业的水力模型往往脱离日常运营需要。以福州市为例,详细介绍了服务于供水管理的实时在线模型的建设思路和技术难点。同时从设备状态管理、运行监管和辅助调度决策三个方面展示了在线系统实时计算、实时报警和方案模拟等功能的应用。福州市供水管网实时在线模型在提升城市供水应急保障能力,降低管网能耗方面能起到良好的效果,可为各地智慧供水系统建设提供现实参考。Real-time online monitoring and simulation of water supply network is one of the main tasks of smart water construction. However, at present, the hydraulic models of most domestic water supply companies are often out of line with the daily operation needs. This paper introduces in detail the construction ideas and technical difficulties of the real-time online model serving water supply management taking Fuzhou as an example. In addition, the application of real-time calculation, warning and scheme simulation of online system is demonstrated from three aspects: equipment state management, operation supervision and auxiliary scheduling decision. The real-time online model of Fuzhou water supply network can play a good role in improving the water supply emergency support ability and reducing the energy consumption of the network, which can provide a realistic reference for the construction of smart water supply systems in various cities.
