摘  要:[目的]研究不同蛋白水平对陕北绒山羊断奶羔羊生长性能、氮表观消化率的影响。[方法]选取体重、体况相近的陕北绒山羊断奶母羔36只,随机分成4组(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组),每组3个重复,每个重复3只羊,配置不同蛋白水平(9.50%、10.50%、11.50%、12.51%)日粮,对其生长性能、氮表观消化率进行测定。[结果]与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均日增重分别提高51.09%、63.42%,差异显著,料重比分别下降30.86%和37.75%,差异显著。断奶羔羊食入氮、粪氮、吸收氮含量变化规律同日粮蛋白摄入量,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的氮表观消化率比试验Ⅰ组分别提高了0.90、1.37、0.28个百分点,差异不显著。[结论]陕北绒山羊断奶羔羊日粮蛋白为11.50%时,其生长性能和蛋白质利用率最佳。[Objectives] The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different dietary protein level on growth performance and apparent nitrogen digestibility of Shanbei cashmere goats weaned lambs.[Methods] Thirty-six weaned female lambs of Shanbei cashmere goats with similar body weight and body condition were randomly divided into four groups(test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ). Each group of three sheep had three replicates. Diets with different protein levels(9.50%, 10.50%, 11.50%, 12.51%) were prepared to determine their growth performance and apparent nitrogen digestibility. [Results] Compared with groupⅠ, the average daily gain of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased significantly by 51.09% and 63.42% respectively, and the feed weight ratio decreased significantly by 30.86% and 37.75% respectively. The change rule of nitrogen intake, fecal nitrogen and absorbed nitrogen content of weaned lambs was the same as that of dietary protein intake. The apparent digestibility of nitrogen in test group Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳwere 0.90, 1.37, 0.28 percentage points higher than that in test group I, respectively, with no significant difference. [Conclusions] When dietary protein is 11.50%, the growth performance and protein utilizati on rate of Shanbei cashmere goats weaned lambs are the best.
