足三里无瘢痕麦粒灸治疗功能性腹泻临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察足三里无瘢痕麦粒灸治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的72例功能性腹泻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组予药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗基础上予足三里无瘢痕麦粒灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后大便评分和症状分级量化评分的变化,并比较两组临床疗效和复发率。结果两组治疗后大便评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗后组间比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛和肠鸣的分级量化评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后脘腹痞满和食欲不振的分级量化评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后食欲不振的分级量化评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月进行随访,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗基础上,足三里无瘢痕麦粒灸治疗可改善功能性腹泻患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,并降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of non-scarring moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Zusanli(ST36)for functional diarrhea.Method Seventy-two patients with functional diarrhea meeting the inclusion criteria were randomized to a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received medication and the observation group received non-scarring moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Zusanli in addition.Stool scores and symptom quantitative grading scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects and the recurrence rates were also compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the stool score was better in both groups compared with before(P<0.05)and better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,diarrhea,abdominal distention,abdominal pain and borborygmus quantitative grading scores were better in both groups compared with before(P<0.05)and better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,epigastric fullness and anorexia quantitative grading scores were better in both groups compared with before(P<0.05)and better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The cure rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At one month follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of medication,non-scarring moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone at Zusanli can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate in the patients with functional diarrhea.
