摘 要:为探索丹江口水库真核浮游植物群落结构的时空变化特征及其驱动因素,采用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术,对2019年7月和2020年1月丹江口水库真核浮游植物群落组成及主要环境因子进行分析。结果表明:夏季真核浮游植物有7门134属191种,以绿藻门和硅藻门为主,绿藻种类是硅藻的2.51倍,硅藻丰度是绿藻的2.77倍,平均多样性、丰富度和均匀度分别为1.58,84.87,0.36,主要优势属为硅藻的星纹星盘藻(Discostella)和绿藻的葡萄藻(Botryococcus);冬季真核浮游植物有6门105属139种,以绿藻门为主,其次是硅藻门,绿藻种类和丰度分别为硅藻的2.66和2.30倍,平均多样性、丰富度和均匀度均高于夏季,分别为2.63,99.56,0.58,主要优势属为绿藻的卵囊孢藻(Follicularia)、盘星藻(Monactinus)和硅藻的直链藻(Aulacoseira)。真核浮游植物与环境因子的冗余分析(RDA)表明,温度、总氮、pH、硝态氮是丹江口水库真核浮游植物群落结构的主要环境因子。夏季真核浮游植物多样性较低、单一优势种丰度过高易造成水生生态系统不稳定,建议增强防范与监督。In order to explore the spatio-temporal variation characteristics and driving factors of eukaryotic phytoplankton community structure in Danjiangkou Reservoir,Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the phytoplankton community composition and environmental factors in July2019 and January 2020. The results showed that in summer,7 phyla,134 genera,191 species of phytoplankton were identified,mainly Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta. The species of Chlorophyta was 2. 51 times higher than that of bacillariophyta,but the abundance of bacillariophyta was 2. 77 times that of chlorophyta.The average diversity,richness and evenness were 1. 58,84. 87 and 0. 36,respectively. The dominant genera were Discostella of diatom and Botryococcus of chlorophyta. In winter,6 phyla,105 genera,139 species of phytoplankton were identified,the dominant phylum were chlorophyta,followed by bacillariophyta,the species and abundance of chlorophyte were 2. 66 times and 2. 30 times that of diatom,respectively. The average diversity,richness and evenness were higher than those in summer,which were 2. 63,99. 56 and0. 58. The main dominant genera were Follicularia of chlorophyta,Monactinus and Aulacoseira of diatom.Redundancy analysis(RDA)of phytoplankton and environmental factors showed that temperature,total nitrogen,pH and nitrate nitrogen were the main environmental factors driving eukaryotic phytoplankton com-munity structure in Danjiangkou Reservoir. In summer,the low diversity of phytoplankton and the high abundance of single dominant species were likely to cause the instability of aquatic ecosystem,so it was suggested to strengthen the awareness of prevention and supervision.
