摘 要:为提高射流泵内部流体混合效率,首次提出在射流泵内部喉管中内置扇形翼片,并基于k-ε紊流模型,通过软件Fluent进行模拟分析,探究翼片倾角对射流泵流体混合效果及内部流场的影响。结果表明:射流泵内置翼片后整体混合程度有所提升,最高可将出口处不均匀系数由0.2187降低至0.1054;同倾角下不同大小翼片表现差异较大,小翼片结构下倾角角度过大对内部流场及混合程度影响较弱;大翼片结构下小角度倾角易对核心射流造成破坏且使其对中性下降,导致混合程度降低。研究结果为射流泵进一步优化设计、增强混合效果提供了理论依据。In order to improve the mixing efficiency of the internal fluid in the jet pump,a fan-shaped vane was built in the internal pipe of the jet pump for the first time. Based on the k-ε turbulence model,the software Fluent was used to simulate and analyze the influence of the vane angle on the internal flow field and fluid mixing effect of the jet pump. The results showed that the mixing degree of the jet pump was improved with the built-in vanes,and the maximum non-uniformity coefficient at the outlet could be reduced from0. 218 7 to 0. 105 4. The performance of different sizes of vanes varied greatly under the same inclination angle. In the small structure vanes,the mixing degree was less affected with large inclination angle. In the case of large structure vanes,small inclination angle could destroy the core jet easily and make it drop to neutral,which led to the reduction of mixing degree. The results provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of jet pump and enhancing the mixing effect.
