摘 要:为探究不同断根处理对坡垒大苗生理特性的影响,以海南乡土树种7a生坡垒大苗为研究对象进行研究,为坡垒园林培育提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)断根后坡垒大苗的叶片光合速率(Pn)、水分利用效率(WUE)和叶绿素含量降低,气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)是先升高后降低,胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)升高。可溶性糖含量、保护性酶活性升高,丙二醛含量降低。(2)坡垒大苗生理特性多指标间存在显著相关性。(3)T4处理的综合评分与排名最高,T5处理次之,T1最低。可得结论:经断根处理后,坡垒大苗保护性酶活性升高,膜脂氧化物降低,抗逆性增强,净光合速率降低。T4处理的断根生理促进效果最佳。In order to explore the effects of different root pruning on the physiological characteristics of Hopea hainanensis large seedlings,the 7A seedlings of Hainan Native Tree Species Hopea hainanensis were taken as the research object to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of slope mound gardens.The results showed that:(1)after root pruning,the photosynthetic rate (Pn),the water use efficiency (WUE)and the chlorophyll content all decreased,the stomatal conductance(Gs)and the transpiration rate(Tr)tended to decrease,and the intercellular CO_(2)(Ci)increased.The content of sugar,the activities of the SOD,POD and CAT of the Hopea hainanensis seedling leaves increased after root pruning,but the malondialdehyde content(MDA)decreased.(2)There was significant correlation between multiple indexes of physiological characteristics of Hopea hainanensis large seedlings.(3)The comprehensive score and rank of T4 was the highest,T5 was the second,and T1was the lowest.Conclusion:After root pruning treatment,protective enzyme activities increased,membrane lipid oxides decreased,stress resistance increased and net photosynthetic rate decreased.The root-pruning treated with T4 had the best effect on the physiological promotion of root pruning.
