摘　　要：纤维具有刺激肌胃发育、改善家禽肠道黏膜结构、提高消化酶活性、影响肠-肝循环、保护肠道有益菌平衡、提高营养物质消化率和利用率、提高动物消化功能、免疫机能等诸多生物学功能,可提高家禽不同阶段生产性能。本文旨在通过阐述纤维的作用机理,综述国内外有关纤维对家禽生长和胃肠道功能影响的研究进展,并探讨不同原料来源、纤维添加水平、加工工艺以及家禽生长阶段对纤维效果的影响,以期为纤维营养更好地应用于家禽养殖业提供必要的依据和参考。Fiber is know for biological function,including stimulating gizzard development,improving the structure of the poultry intestinal mucous membrane and digestive enzymes activity,influencing intestinal-hepatic circulation,protecting the balance of beneficial intestinal bacteria,and increasing nutrient digestibility and utilization,thus improving animal digestion function,immune function,and poultry production performance in different stages.This paper aimed to review the research progress about the effects of fiber on the growth and gastrointestinal function of poultry,and discuss the fiber feeding effects of different raw materials,fiber addition level,processing technology and poultry growth stage,which may contribute to providing necessary basis and reference for better application of fiber nutrition in poultry breeding industry.
